Run your store.
Without the guesswork.
Connect your POS — or upload your sales export — and Margie reads your shelf, your sales, and your margins for you. Every morning she emails the one or two things worth your time: what’s selling, what’s dead, and exactly what to do about it. Any shop, any register.

The problem
You’re making six-figure decisions on a gut feeling.
You know last month felt busy. You don’t know which twenty SKUs drove the profit, which product has been dead on the shelf since March, or what to reorder before you run out this weekend. The numbers are all in your POS — you just never have an hour to dig them out. So the store runs you, instead of the other way around.
The Margie dashboard
See what’s selling — and what’s just sitting there.
Open Margie and your whole shelf sorts itself into three piles in seconds: what’s flying, what’s slowing down, and what’s dead — with the exact dollars you’ve got frozen in it.
The quick read
Sales are up 6% on last week. Three winners are worth restocking, six lines are slipping, and you’ve got $9,840 frozen in dead stock— enough to take a list back to your distributor today.

New lines finding their feet
Cold Brew 4-pack — added 6 weeks ago
Already outselling the typical beverage ~2.1× in its first weeks (47 sold). Give it more facings and feature it while the momentum's fresh.
Local Honey 16oz — added 5 weeks ago
Beating the average pantry item ~1.6× since it landed. A bet worth deepening on the next order.
Margie’s strategy for next month
May was your strongest month of the year — revenue up 11% on a healthier 34.9% margin, led by beverages and a wellness category that keeps climbing. Lean into that: the Cold Brew 4-pack is outrunning its shelf-mates 2-to-1, so widen its facings and make it June’s counter feature. Reinvest the margin you gained from premium items into deeper beverage stock before the summer rush, and clear the three slow seasonal candles tying up $1,900 to fund it.

Better than your POS reports — for less
Square, Lightspeed, KORONA, Toast keep the records. Margie tells you what to do.

Common questions
Honest answers.
What POS do I need?
Whatever you already run. Connect it directly (Korona today, with more integrations rolling out) or simply upload your POS's sales export — every register can produce one. Either way, Margie turns it into velocity, dead stock, reorder forecasts, and your take-back list.
Is this only for liquor and beverage stores?
Not at all — it's for any retail shop with a POS. Pet stores, candle and gift shops, smoke and vape, grocery, hardware — anywhere products sit on shelves. Velocity, dead stock, and margin are universal retail math, and Margie speaks all of it.
How accurate are the numbers?
Once your POS sales are connected, every figure matches your register exactly. Before that, Margie estimates from the customer activity she can see — a strong signal — and the moment your sales data flows in, everything becomes register-exact automatically.
Who at my store sees the digest?
The owner only, by default. You can opt in your store manager from /margie/settings once enabled. Staff don't see operational intelligence — they see Megan training and Gabby tools.
What if I'm not happy with the suggestions?
Every digest is a reply away from a real human. Hit reply with what's wrong and we'll tune it. The beta exists for exactly this kind of feedback.
Can I turn it off?
Anytime, from /margie/settings. We don't delete your history — if you turn it back on, you pick up where you left off.
Does Margie work with WhatsApp?
Coming. Today digests go via email; SMS unlocks after our A2P 10DLC carrier registration is approved. WhatsApp is on the roadmap if pilot stores ask for it.
